What do you do with the money I donate?
Confidence Kits uses the donated funds to purchase toiletries and hygiene products to be assembled into bags for other agencies supporting those in need. Funds may also be used for the cost of bags and small administrative fees (website, printing, etc)
Where do the assembled Confidence Kits go?
We deliver Confidence Kits to AZCEND-Chandler Community Center, Matthew's Crossing Food Bank, Meals to Grow Program, Gilbert Public Schools Homeless Education & Foster Care Liaison , Higley Unified School District Students In Transition (SIT) Homeless and Foster Care Support Liaison, Mesa Public Schools McKinney Vento (homeless) and Foster Care Liaison, House of Refuge. Fostering Champions We have a request form linked on the Request page for agencies in need of a resource like Confidence Kits. If the requesting agency aligns with our Mission Statement, and we have the monetary and in-kind resources, we will provide them with Confidence Kits.
Is the credit/debit card donation site secure?
USBank has created a custom payment processing portal for Confidence Kits that prioritizes security and has a proven track record with state-of-the-art security solutions that help protect data both in transit and at rest.
Can I send money with Zelle or Venmo?
We can accept donations with Zelle on our Donate page, but Venmo is not yet available.
Can I use PayPal to donate?
We have a PayPal secure donation link on our Donate page
Can I take the Arizona Charitable Tax Credit when I donate to Confidence Kits?
Yes, our QCO # is 22538
Can I take the AZ Tax Credit for Confidence Kits if I already take the Public School Tax Credit?
Yes, they are separate and you are allowed to take advantage of both.
I have a lot of travel sized toiletries, can I donate them?
We only provide full size hygiene products to the agencies we support, ensuring those in need have enough toiletries to last more that a day or two.
